About the Author

A native of the Washington, D.C., area, Margaret Evans is a graduate of Georgetown University. Her numerous short stories and humorous philosophical essays have appeared in literary magazines and journals, including Fullosia Press, Prose Toad, ken*again, Underground Window, Palabras Press, NuPenz, Mannequin Envy, Ascent Aspirations, and A Darker Vision eZine.

Hostages to Murder, a gift collection of six mystery novellas, is available through Moonlight Mystery Press (moonlightmysterypress.com). It includes The Tao of Murder, The Secret of Kenning Hall, The Curse of the Mandreill Dagger, A Canvas of Deceit, and two previously unpublished stories, Code of Treachery and Hostages to Murder.
